1. Conduct audits of luxury hospitality training programs.
2. Participate in the development and updating of training programs for café and restaurant teams based on Dior's F&B standards.
3. Assist in defining standards and processes for audits and visits.
4. Support the implementation of action plans for continuous quality/service improvement.
5. Contribute to the development of F&B standard operating procedures (SOPs).
6. Perform regular benchmarking of luxury F&B trends and competitive analysis.
7. Review F&B performance through weekly KPI analyses and report potential issues to management.
8. Analyze consumer feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing user experience.
9. Coordinate necessary orders for opening projects.

1. Enrolled in a Master's program in Hospitality Management or a related field from a business or hospitality school.
2. At least one strategic experience in hospitality/F&B support services.

1. Understanding of the luxury/premium sector.
2. Ability to write and structure clear, readable content.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Fluency in English.

Entry-level experience in strategic roles within hospitality/F&B support services.

Master's student in Hospitality Management or related field.
