Christian Dior Assistant E-Business Project Manager Intern

- Analyze user journeys on Dior.com and mini-programs using tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Content Square to identify business risks and opportunities.
- Develop actionable recommendations to enhance e-commerce purchase paths, from traffic acquisition to conversion.
- Establish a routine for sharing key performance insights with E-commerce, Digital, and Omnichannel teams, and track the effectiveness of proposed actions.
- Propose new analytical approaches by conducting regular audits and benchmarks against zones and competitors.
- Serve as a point of contact for analysis needs from central and local teams, addressing these needs to relevant teams.
- Promote the use of dashboards among central and local teams to share best practices and analysis methodologies.
- Conduct in-depth ad-hoc studies to support specific zone-related issues.
- Collaborate on the evolution of Digital & E-commerce BI at Dior, defining business needs and overseeing the development of automated dashboards with Power BI developers.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Data Science.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with a passion for numbers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for thriving in an international environment.
- Ideally, a good understanding of the luxury industry, digital activities, and e-commerce.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (GA4, Contentsquare).
- Fluency in English.
