Christian Dior Assistant E-Business Project Manager Intern

- Analyze user journeys on Dior.com and mini-programs using tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Content Square to identify business risks and opportunities.
- Monitor performance across different stages of the purchasing journey by region and conduct analyses to drive short-term actions in collaboration with Digital, E-commerce, and Omnichannel teams.
- Leverage dashboards and online analytics tools to produce actionable recommendations for enhancing e-commerce purchasing pathways.
- Establish a routine for sharing key performance insights with E-commerce, Digital, and Omnichannel teams, and track the effectiveness of proposed actions.
- Propose new analytical perspectives by conducting regular audits and benchmarks against regional and competitive activities.
- Serve as a point of contact for analysis needs from central and local teams, addressing these needs with relevant teams.
- Promote the use of dashboards among central and local teams to share best practices and analysis methodologies.
- Develop in-depth ad-hoc studies to support regions on specific issues.
- Contribute to the evolution of Dior's Digital BI and E-commerce by defining business needs and overseeing the development of automated dashboards in collaboration with Power BI developers.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Data Science (Bac+4/5).
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with a keen interest in numerical data.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for navigating an international environment.
- Ideally, a good understanding of the luxury industry, digital activities, and e-commerce.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (GA4, Contentsquare, etc.).
