1. Serve as an ambassador for the Dior Learning Lab, welcoming and assisting both internal and external stakeholders.
2. Support trainers in ensuring the smooth execution of training sessions, including IT setup, space arrangement, and equipment availability.
3. Maintain the organization and condition of training spaces.
4. Monitor and manage inventory of supplies and promotional items.
5. Order refreshments and snacks as needed for the training bar.
6. Handle administrative tasks related to training sessions, including meal orders and attendance tracking.
7. Update the Learning presentation displayed on the welcome screen.
8. Manage projects based on departmental updates.

The internship offers the opportunity to immerse oneself in the culture and environment of a renowned French fashion house, gaining project management and coordination skills, along with communication expertise.
