1. Provide exceptional client service by addressing and resolving client needs with empathy and professionalism.
2. Meet and exceed both quantitative and qualitative objectives.
3. Deliver a positive and courteous client experience, embodying core brand values in every interaction.
4. Communicate effectively and empathetically via phone, email, social media, and written correspondence.
5. Escalate unresolved client issues to supervisors for satisfactory resolution.
6. Ensure all client communications align with Dior policies and processes.
7. Demonstrate brand awareness, storytelling, and product knowledge in client interactions.
8. Focus on personalization actions to enhance customer relationships.
9. Maintain and update customer information to retain current clients and identify potential high-value clients.
10. Strive to achieve and surpass planned KPIs, including sales and client experience.
11. Recommend innovative solutions to client concerns and share successful ideas within the team.
12. Develop strong working relationships within the Dior network.

1. Bac+2 or equivalent from a higher education institution.
2. Previous experience in luxury sectors such as client service, boutiques, hotels, or concierge.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
2. Knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous.
3. Fluency in English and an additional language such as French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese, or Arabic at C2 level.
4. Strong sales negotiation skills.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
6. Flexibility to work a varied schedule.
7. Demonstrated client-first mindset.

Entry-level position suitable for candidates with some experience in luxury client service or related fields.
