1. Deliver exceptional client service by understanding and addressing individual client needs with empathy and professionalism.
2. Meet and exceed both quantitative and qualitative objectives.
3. Provide courteous and positive client experiences, embodying core brand values in every interaction.
4. Resolve client issues effectively through various communication channels, including phone, email, and social media.
5. Escalate unresolved client issues to supervisors for further action.
6. Maintain client communications in accordance with Dior's policies and procedures.
7. Demonstrate brand awareness and product knowledge in client interactions.
8. Enhance customer relationships through personalized actions.
9. Monitor and update customer information using Dior's tools to retain existing clients and identify new potential clients.
10. Achieve and surpass planned KPIs related to sales, clienteling, and client experience.
11. Propose innovative solutions to client concerns and share successful strategies within the team.
12. Foster strong working relationships within the Dior network.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+2) from a higher education institution.
2. Previous experience in luxury sectors such as client service, boutiques, hotels, or concierge services.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
2. Knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous.
3. Fluency in English and an additional language (French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese, or Arabic at C2 level).
4. Strong sales negotiation skills.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize.
6. Client-first mindset.

Open to beginners with relevant educational background and some experience in luxury client services.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+2) required.
