- Deliver exceptional client service by understanding and addressing individual client needs with empathy and professionalism.
- Meet and exceed both quantitative and qualitative objectives.
- Provide courteous and positive client experiences, embodying core brand values in every interaction.
- Resolve client issues effectively through various communication channels, including phone, email, and social media.
- Escalate unresolved client issues to supervisors for further action.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and an additional language (French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese, or Arabic at C2 level).
- Strong sales negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Client-first mindset.
Open to beginners with relevant educational background and some experience in luxury client services.
