1. Assist in overseeing daily operations of the Ready to Wear department, ensuring adherence to established procedures for ordering and transferring stock.
2. Participate in setting up and optimizing stock level usage, and follow up with area managers to ensure optimal stock levels.
3. Monitor daily sales, compare against monthly and yearly targets, and support the Department Manager in achieving sales goals.
4. Assist in the execution of marketing activities and promotions within the department, including Trunk Shows and Fur Events.
5. Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided by the team, addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
6. Assist in managing, engaging, and guiding the sales team, providing coaching and training to enhance performance.
7. Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, logistics, and merchandising for opening, closing, and renovation activities.
8. Follow up on CRM activities to ensure compliance and align with CRM for planning and achieving OTO targets.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.

3. Proficiency in sales performance analysis and stock management.
4. Customer service excellence.
5. Ability to coordinate marketing activities and promotions.
