1. Co-animate the CSC Apps & Services and Data community using existing collaborative tools.
2. Coordinate communication with regional CSCs, including request management, prioritization, and newsletter dissemination.
3. Participate in Agile ceremonies with business and IT teams.
4. Assist the project team in deployment preparation phases, including scoping and specifying new features.
5. Prepare and participate in UAT sessions with end users, and brief training teams.
6. Ensure project follow-up from operational implementation to the collection and transmission of potential issues or improvement requests to the project team.
7. Assist the Business Analyst in monitoring CSC performance, analyzing KPI evolution by market, and preparing CSC Business Reviews.
8. Contribute to the development and automation of dataflows using Dataiku (SQL) and the implementation of Power BI dashboards.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school or university program (Master's level), final internship.
2. Specialization in digital project management or data.
3. Ability to manage projects with autonomy and proactivity.
4. Strong interest in digital initiatives and early adoption of digital tools.
5. Teamwork orientation and good communication skills.

1. Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud, Power BI, and Dataiku is advantageous.
2. Excellent command of Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel).
3. Fluency in English is required.

Entry-level experience suitable for students in their final internship phase.

Master's degree in progress, preferably in business or a related field.
