1. Support the Counter Manager in driving and monitoring business performance using KPIs and sales indicators.
2. Contribute to team management by supporting coaching, setting individual objectives, and fostering team spirit and engagement.
3. Deliver exceptional client experience by selling Dior products through the D.I.O.R. service method and achieving personal sales targets.
4. Co-lead clienteling and CRM initiatives to recruit new clients and strengthen customer loyalty.
5. Support launch plans, commercial animations, and in-store events to maximize performance.
6. Oversee counter operations in the absence of the Counter Manager, ensuring compliance with sales, cash, stock, and operational procedures.
7. Assist in stock management, visual merchandising execution, scheduling, and administrative follow-up.

1. 3+ years of retail experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
2. Proven track record in achieving retail performance targets (sales and profitability).
3. Experience contributing to prestigious brand events is a plus.

2. Strong knowledge of cosmetics and the beauty universe.
3. Digital literacy and CRM tools proficiency.
4. Stock management and operational compliance knowledge.
5. Analytical and reporting skills.
6. Fluent in Dutch and spoken English.
