1. Assist in developing and articulating the brand's DNA, talents, culture, and expertise through disruptive brand content initiatives.
2. Strengthen existing relationships and cultivate new ones with key talents at Maison Dior to co-create and disseminate the #DreamInDior experience.
3. Support the creation, launch, and monitoring of D&I initiatives such as UNESCO & Women@Dior.
4. Aid in developing and implementing a wide range of communication tools to ensure the HR social media strategy, both organic and sponsored.
5. Collaborate closely with various stakeholders for event tracking and management.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Business, or Marketing.
2. First experience in an agency or luxury house, preferably in the luxury industry.

1. Proficiency in written and verbal French and English.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
3. Solid project management and organizational skills.

Beginner level experience in marketing, communication, or project management, ideally within the luxury sector.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields such as Communication, Business, or Marketing.
