1. Set up and maintain the cleanliness and supply of the sales area throughout service hours.
2. Facilitate communication between the sales point and suppliers, including kitchen, storage, and stewarding.
3. Assist the chef de rang in their duties and ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
4. Prepare hot beverages, juices, and various drinks, as well as baskets of pastries and toasts.
5. Clear and clean during service, maintaining service equipment.
6. Ensure optimal supply conditions for the sales area.
7. Implement and uphold HACCP hygiene standards.
8. Develop a commercial attitude towards clients, including welcoming, seating, and service.
9. Participate in room bar supply and client welcome arrangements.
10. Promote various services and products available at 30 Montaigne.
11. Report any abnormal situations concerning safety or accident risks to management.
