1. Execute preliminary preparation tasks for culinary products.
2. Assist Demi Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the creation and elaboration of dishes.
3. Ensure service delivery adheres to restaurant rules and procedures.
4. Maintain cleanliness of premises and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
5. Participate in the receipt of goods following HACCP protocols and hotel procedures.
6. Set up and distribute dishes.
7. Contribute to waste sorting and disposal.
8. Report any 'abnormal' situations concerning safety or accident risks to superiors.
