Christian Dior Assistant Client Treatment & Hospitality Project Manager Intern

1. Assist the Client Treatment & Hospitality team in organizing client ceremonies during fashion shows in France and abroad, including program research, drafting, and layout for VIP clients.
2. Manage operational aspects of events, including supplier coordination, logistics for experiences, personalized client planning, and billing follow-up.
3. Support the organization of client lunches and dinners, including venue research, operational coordination, supplier communication, and budget tracking.
4. Anticipate client treatment needs globally, coordinating logistics and tracking shipments.
5. Compile feedback and analyze the performance of client events and experiences, conducting benchmarks and ensuring budget control.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+4/+5) in Business or related field.
2. Previous internship experience of 6 months in marketing, preferably in the luxury sector.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Autonomous, dynamic, and proactive with a creative mindset.
7. Adaptability and strong sense of priorities.

Entry-level position suitable for candidates with previous internship experience in marketing.
