Christian Dior Assistant Client Treatment & Hospitality Project Manager Intern

- Assist the Client Treatment & Hospitality team in organizing client ceremonies during fashion shows in France and abroad, including program research, drafting, and layout for VIP clients.
- Manage operational aspects of events, including supplier coordination, logistics for experiences, personalized client planning, and billing follow-up.
- Support the organization of client lunches and dinners, including venue research, operational coordination, supplier communication, and budget tracking.
- Anticipate client treatment needs globally, coordinating logistics and tracking shipments.
- Compile feedback and analyze the performance of client events and experiences, conducting benchmarks and ensuring budget control.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+4/+5) in Business or related field.
- Previous internship experience of 6 months in marketing, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
