1. Coordinate client events, including proposal creation and format validation with central teams.
2. Participate in event planning and operational organization.
3. Manage suppliers and create event invitations.
4. Oversee budget tracking and invoice processing.
5. Consolidate post-event reports.
6. Support the development of client experiences and organize client treatments.
7. Update the experience catalog and assist in preparing client programs for fashion shows.
8. Assist in tracking and distributing client gift orders.

1. Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) or equivalent in a relevant field.
2. Fluency in English.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of InDesign is advantageous.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Strong stress management capabilities.
4. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.

Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals with minimal experience.
