Christian Dior Assistant Business Development - High Jewellery & Timepieces

- Conduct weekly and monthly performance analyses by product line, region, boutique, and collection, with a focus on High-End events KPIs.
- Perform competitive studies related to High-End events.
- Provide daily support to regions and boutiques, including product availability requests and coordination between central teams and markets.
- Assist in the management of new product launches, including product information dissemination and market feedback collection.
- Monitor boutique openings, both permanent and temporary, ensuring specific assortments are created and logistical information is coordinated.
- Offer operational support during client events and participate in the organization of internal seminars.
- Develop and distribute various sales support tools such as product books, assortment summaries, and seller applications.
- Support the preparation of the Monthly Ambassadors Call, focusing on business results and priorities.
- Assist in the preparation and dispatch of pieces for client presentations in Europe, including documentation, transport booking, and logistics communication.
- Final year student or gap year intern, preferably with initial experience in business analysis or merchandising.
- Business School graduate (Master's level).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Analytical tools expertise.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Knowledge of the luxury industry, with a focus on Jewellery and Timepieces being advantageous.
- Dynamic and proactive with strong organizational skills.
- Analytical and meticulous mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and client relationship understanding.
- Curiosity and product sensitivity.
- Commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Entry-level, ideally with some experience in business analysis or merchandising.
Master's degree in Business or related field.
The internship offers an immersive experience in the luxury fashion industry, providing exposure to the full range of merchandising tasks for Jewellery & Timepieces, from collection launch preparation to results analysis and departmental coordination. Interns will also participate in launch events and client relations, gaining insight into the unique rhythm of a Couture House.
