1. Collect, analyze, and review operational and sales data from various sources within the Client Services Center.
2. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders.
3. Create and deliver accurate forecasts to support strategic planning and resource allocation.
4. Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement within Client Services operations and sales processes.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions and optimize performance.

1. Experience in a business or data analysis role, preferably in a client service environment.
2. Experience working with data analysis tools and techniques.
3. Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

1. Proficiency with analytical tools and languages such as Power BI, Qlik Sense, SAS, or SQL.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Client-focused mindset.
5. Eagerness to learn and a collaborative team player.

Beginner level experience in business or data analysis, preferably within a client service environment.

Opportunity to work in a hybrid model, combining remote and in-office work, starting January 2026.
