1. Assist in the construction of women's leather goods collections and strategy execution within the Small Leather Goods & Bag Straps Business Unit.
2. Conduct weekly sales reporting and analysis by collection, product segment, and region.
3. Monitor key performance indicators such as sell-through rates and stock coverage.
4. Identify growth opportunities and best-sellers by region.
5. Support the creation of permanent and seasonal assortments.
6. Participate in showroom buying sessions, assisting with purchase forecasting and strategy development.
7. Implement collection modeling and revise network segmentation by store type.
8. Prepare debrief meetings with purchase adjustment recommendations by region.
9. Propose and implement relevant tools aligned with ongoing projects.
10. Develop product guidelines for Visual Merchandising, including launches, capsules, and stories.

1. Currently pursuing or completed a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.

Previous experience in Finance, Consulting, Management Control, or as a Business Analyst is highly valued.

Master's degree in progress or completed in Business, Engineering, or related field.
