Christian Dior Assistant Business Analyst & Merchandising

- Assist in the construction of women's leather goods collections and strategy execution within the Small Leather Goods & Bag Straps Business Unit.
- Conduct weekly sales reporting and analysis by collection, product segment, and region.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as sell-through rates and stock coverage.
- Identify growth opportunities and best-sellers by region.
- Support the creation of permanent and seasonal assortments.
- Participate in showroom buying sessions, assisting with purchase forecasting and strategy development.
- Implement collection modeling and revise network segmentation by store type.
- Prepare debrief meetings with purchase adjustment recommendations by region.
- Propose and implement relevant tools aligned with ongoing projects.
- Develop product guidelines for Visual Merchandising, including launches, capsules, and stories.
- Currently pursuing or completed a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Sensitivity to the luxury sector.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Previous experience in Finance, Consulting, Management Control, or as a Business Analyst is highly valued.
Master's degree in progress or completed in Business, Engineering, or related field.
