1. Assist in the construction of women's leather goods collections and strategy execution within the Leather Goods Bags Business Unit.
2. Conduct weekly sales reporting, analyzing results by collection, product segment, and region.
3. Monitor key performance indicators such as sell-through rates and stock coverage.
4. Identify growth opportunities and best-sellers by region, providing actionable recommendations.
5. Support the development of permanent and seasonal assortments.
6. Participate in showroom buying sessions, assisting in purchase forecasting and strategy development.
7. Implement collection modeling and review network segmentation by store type.
8. Prepare debrief meetings with purchasing adjustment recommendations by region.
9. Propose and implement relevant tools aligned with ongoing projects.
10. Develop product guidelines for Visual Merchandising, including launches, capsules, and stories.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (BAC +4/5) in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Fluent in English with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
3. Previous experience in Finance, Consulting, Management Control, or as a Business Analyst is highly valued.
