Christian Dior Assistant Business Analyst & Merchandising Intern

- Assist in the development of women's leather goods collections and strategic planning within the Leather Goods Bags Business Unit.
- Conduct weekly sales reporting, analyzing results by collection, product segment, and region.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as sell-through rates and stock coverage.
- Identify growth opportunities and best-sellers by region, providing actionable recommendations.
- Support the construction of permanent and seasonal assortments.
- Participate in showroom buying sessions, aiding in purchase forecasting and strategy development.
- Implement collection modeling and revise network segmentation by store type.
- Prepare debrief meetings with purchase adjustment recommendations by region.
- Propose and implement relevant tools aligned with ongoing projects.
- Develop product guidelines for Visual Merchandising, including launches and capsule collections.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, preferably in the final year or during a gap year.
- Fluent in English with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Previous experience in Finance, Consulting, Management Control, or as a Business Analyst is highly valued.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Keen interest in the luxury sector.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Entry-level, suitable for candidates with initial experience or internships in related fields.
Pursuing a Master's degree (BAC +4/5) in Business, Engineering, or University equivalent.
