Christian Dior Assistant Business Analyst and Merchandising Intern

- Assist in the development of women's leather goods collections and support the strategy by aiding the Petite Leather Goods Merchandiser.
- Conduct weekly sales reporting, analyzing results by collection, product segment, and region.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as sell-through rates and stock coverage.
- Identify growth opportunities and best-sellers by region.
- Provide recommendations for guidelines and action plans.
- Support the construction of permanent and seasonal assortments.
- Participate in showroom buying sessions, assisting in purchase forecasting and strategy development.
- Implement collection modeling and revise network segmentation by store type.
- Prepare debrief meetings with purchase adjustment recommendations by region.
- Propose and implement relevant tools aligned with ongoing projects.
- Develop product guidelines for Visual Merchandising, including launches, capsules, and narratives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, preferably in the final year or second part of a gap year.
- Fluency in English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Teamwork and collaboration.
- Interest in the luxury sector.
- Attention to detail and precision.
Previous experience in finance, consulting, management control, or as a business analyst is highly appreciated.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
