1. Assist in the development of women's leather goods collections and support the strategy by aiding the Petite Leather Goods Merchandiser.
2. Conduct weekly sales reporting, analyzing results by collection, product segment, and region.
3. Monitor key performance indicators such as sell-through rates and stock coverage.
4. Identify growth opportunities and best-sellers by region.
5. Provide recommendations for guidelines and action plans.
6. Support the construction of permanent and seasonal assortments.
7. Participate in showroom buying sessions, assisting in purchase forecasting and strategy development.
8. Implement collection modeling and revise network segmentation by store type.
9. Prepare debrief meetings with purchase adjustment recommendations by region.
10. Propose and implement relevant tools aligned with ongoing projects.
11. Develop product guidelines for Visual Merchandising, including launches, capsules, and narratives.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, preferably in the final year or second part of a gap year.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Previous experience in finance, consulting, management control, or as a business analyst is highly appreciated.
