1. Support the Boutique Manager in achieving sales objectives, including monitoring and developing sales analysis and creating action plans to share with the team.
2. Create and implement sales strategies to maximize boutique sales and enhance client loyalty.
3. Lead and develop the boutique team in collaboration with the Boutique Manager.
4. Assist the Boutique Manager with all aspects of boutique operations to maximize efficiency.
5. Manage administrative tasks and monitor back-office activities.
6. Provide regular business updates, including current sales trends, sales forecasts, and competitor insights.
7. Maintain customer relations, ensuring high-quality customer service and monitoring boutique performance.

1. 10+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a management role within a luxury product setting.
2. Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are advantageous.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Organizational and management skills in a fast-paced environment.
3. Initiative and commercial creativity with a strong fashion sense.
4. Good knowledge of the luxury industry.

A minimum of 10 years in retail, preferably with management experience in a luxury setting.
