1. Support the Boutique Manager in achieving sales objectives, including monitoring and developing sales analysis and creating actionable plans for the team.
2. Create and implement sales strategies to maximize boutique sales and enhance client loyalty.
3. Lead and develop the boutique team in collaboration with the Boutique Manager.
4. Assist the Boutique Manager with all aspects of boutique operations to ensure maximum efficiency.
5. Manage all administrative tasks and oversee back-office activities.
6. Provide regular business updates, including sales trends, forecasts, and competitor insights.
7. Maintain customer relations, ensuring high-quality customer service and monitoring boutique performance.

1. 10+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a management role within a luxury product setting.

1. Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and management skills in a fast-paced environment.
2. Ability to identify and meet customer needs to exceed expectations.
3. Sense of initiative and commercial creativity with a strong fashion sense.
4. Proficiency in French and English; additional languages are advantageous.

A minimum of 10 years in retail, with at least 1 year in a management capacity within the luxury sector.
