- Enhance sales performance and monitor daily conversion rates.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and inspire the team to do the same.
- Assist in setting and monitoring sales goals for Sales Associates.
- Develop and maintain a strong clientele base.
- Participate in merchandise display preparations and presentations.
- Train, coach, and lead sales associates in effective selling techniques.
- Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance and convey essential information.
- Facilitate effective communication between management and associates.
- Coordinate sales promotions and in-store advertising.
- Train the team on customer database development and after-sales service.
- Manage merchandise transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor.
- Coordinate and participate in inventory management.
- Ensure accurate pricing and minimize stock losses.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, including at least 1 year in a management role within a luxury product setting.
- Demonstrated initiative and commercial creativity with a keen fashion sense.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and brand consistency.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Availability to open and close the store as required.
- Ability to maintain a presence on the selling floor for extended periods.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.

At least 5 years of retail experience, preferably with a minimum of 1 year in a managerial capacity within a luxury setting.
Salary range of $105,000-$110,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility, dependent on skills and experience.
