1. Enhance sales performance and monitor daily conversion rates.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service and inspire the team to do the same.
3. Assist in setting and monitoring sales goals for Sales Associates.
4. Develop and maintain a strong clientele base.
5. Participate in merchandise display preparations and presentations.
6. Train, coach, and lead sales associates in effective selling techniques.
7. Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance and convey essential information.
8. Facilitate effective communication between management and associates.
9. Coordinate sales promotions and in-store advertising.
10. Train the team on customer database development and after-sales service.
11. Manage merchandise transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor.
12. Coordinate and participate in inventory management.
13. Ensure accurate pricing and minimize stock losses.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, including at least 1 year in a management role within a luxury product setting.
2. Demonstrated initiative and commercial creativity with a keen fashion sense.
3. Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and brand consistency.
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Availability to open and close the store as required.
6. Ability to maintain a presence on the selling floor for extended periods.
7. Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.

Salary range of $105,000-$110,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility, dependent on skills and experience.
