1. Collaborate with the Boutique Manager to enhance business growth through client development strategies, people leadership, and category expansion.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize boutique sales and foster client loyalty.
3. Provide regular business updates, including sales trends, forecasts, and competitor analysis, to senior management.
4. Coordinate store events in collaboration with the Marketing & PR Team, ensuring alignment with the brand's image.
5. Lead and develop the boutique team with an emphasis on succession planning and employee engagement.
6. Support all aspects of boutique operations, including staff scheduling, time management, expense control, and reporting to optimize efficiency.

1. Minimum of five years of relevant experience in retail, with several years in a managerial role.

2. Proficiency in retail operations and client experience enhancement.
3. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Competency in business analysis and reporting.

Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience, including managerial experience within the retail sector.
