1. Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the boutique in collaboration with the Boutique Director/Manager.
2. Ensure the highest level of customer service in alignment with Christian Dior standards.
3. Enhance sales performance and minimize stock losses.
4. Open and close the boutique while ensuring compliance with security procedures.
5. Coach and develop the sales team, including scheduling and inventory management.
6. Monitor and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
7. Increase sales and measure daily sales performance and conversion rates.
8. Inspire exceptional customer service and develop clientele.
9. Assign and monitor sales goals for Sales Associates.
10. Participate in merchandise displays and presentations, applying merchandising concepts.
11. Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, and product knowledge.
12. Facilitate effective communication between management and associates.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail management.
