1. Maximize sales and monitor daily sales performance and conversion rates.
2. Provide exceptional customer service and inspire the team to do the same.
3. Assist in setting and monitoring sales goals for Sales Associates.
4. Develop and maintain clientele relationships.
5. Participate in merchandise displays and presentations, applying merchandising concepts and guidelines.
6. Train, coach, and manage sales associates in selling skills.
7. Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, and product knowledge.
8. Facilitate effective communication between management and associates.
9. Coordinate sales promotion activities, including seasonal sales and trunk shows.
10. Train the team on optimizing Capture Rate and After Sale to develop personal customer databases.
11. Oversee product and stock management, including transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor.
12. Monitor merchandise pricing and minimize stock losses.
13. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
14. Resolve issues affecting department service, efficiency, and productivity.
15. Secure the store and oversee compliance with security procedures.

1. 5+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in management within a luxury product setting.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Strong knowledge of the luxury industry with a fashion sensitivity consistent with the brand.

1. Initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity.
2. Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
4. Ability to maintain presence on the selling floor for extended periods.

A minimum of 5 years in retail, including at least 1 year in a managerial role within a luxury product environment.
