1. Maximize sales and oversee team performance.

1. More than 5 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in management within a luxury product environment.
2. Advanced English proficiency.
3. Demonstrated initiative and commercial creativity with a fashion sensitivity.
4. Solid knowledge of the luxury industry and brand-aligned fashion sensitivity.
5. Proven self-initiative.

1. Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
2. Ability to maintain a presence on the sales floor for extended periods.
3. Capability to adjust priorities and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
4. Clear, concise communication and active listening skills.
5. Proficiency in operating necessary equipment, including POS systems, PCs, and office equipment.

A minimum of 5 years in retail, preferably with management experience in a luxury setting.
