Christian Dior Assistant Boutique Manager

- Assist in the day-to-day management of the sales team, ensuring exceptional customer service in alignment with Christian Dior standards.
- Enhance sales performance, minimize stock losses, and attract new clientele.
- Oversee boutique operations including opening and closing procedures, staff coaching, scheduling, merchandising, and inventory management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures to achieve optimal results.
- Participate in merchandise displays and presentations, applying merchandising concepts and guidelines.
- Train, coach, and lead sales associates in selling skills and customer service excellence.
- Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, product knowledge, and other pertinent information.
- Facilitate effective communication between management and associates.
- Coordinate sales promotion activities, including seasonal sales and trunk shows.
- Train the team on optimizing capture rate and after-sale processes to develop personal customer databases.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail management.
- Proficiency in developing and training associates, building relationships, and utilizing team skills effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to effectively manage sales staff toward achieving sales and clienteling objectives.
- Competence in managing boutique operations, including attendance, merchandising, and housekeeping standards.
- Strong merchandising skills.
- Ability to maintain consistent standards across the workforce.
- Aptitude for adjusting priorities and managing time in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in operating necessary equipment such as POS systems, PCs, and other office equipment.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail management.
