Christian Dior Assistant Boutique Manager

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail management.

- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to effectively manage sales staff toward achieving sales and clienteling objectives.
- Competence in managing boutique operations, including attendance, merchandising, and housekeeping standards.
- Strong merchandising skills.
- Ability to maintain consistent standards across the workforce.
- Aptitude for adjusting priorities and managing time in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in operating necessary equipment such as POS systems, PCs, and other office equipment.
