3. Oversee boutique operations including opening and closing procedures, staff coaching, scheduling, merchandising, and inventory management.
4. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures to achieve optimal results.
5. Participate in merchandise displays and presentations, applying merchandising concepts and guidelines.
6. Train, coach, and lead sales associates in selling skills and customer service excellence.
7. Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, product knowledge, and other pertinent information.
8. Facilitate effective communication between management and associates.
9. Coordinate sales promotion activities, including seasonal sales and trunk shows.
10. Train the team on optimizing capture rate and after-sale processes to develop personal customer databases.

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail management.

3. Ability to effectively manage sales staff toward achieving sales and clienteling objectives.
4. Competence in managing boutique operations, including attendance, merchandising, and housekeeping standards.
5. Strong merchandising skills.
6. Ability to maintain consistent standards across the workforce.
7. Aptitude for adjusting priorities and managing time in a fast-paced environment.
8. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
9. Proficiency in operating necessary equipment such as POS systems, PCs, and other office equipment.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail management.
