4. Coach and develop staff, manage scheduling, and oversee merchandising and inventory processes.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to achieve optimal results.
6. Participate in merchandise displays and presentations, exercising independent judgment in merchandising concepts.
7. Facilitate effective communication between management and associates.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail management.

2. Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service.
3. Capability to manage sales staff towards achieving sales and clienteling objectives.
4. Proficiency in managing boutique operations, including attendance, merchandising, and housekeeping standards.
5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
6. Competence in operating necessary equipment, including POS systems, PCs, and phone systems.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail management is required, with a focus on team leadership and sales performance.
