1. Assist in the management of daily boutique operations alongside the Boutique Director/Manager.
2. Enhance sales performance and minimize stock losses.
3. Develop and maintain a robust clientele base.
4. Oversee opening and closing procedures of the boutique.
5. Coach and schedule staff, ensuring adherence to merchandising and inventory protocols.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to achieve optimal results.
7. Facilitate effective communication between management and associates.
8. Participate in the preparation and presentation of merchandise displays.
9. Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, and product knowledge.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.

3. Competence in managing sales staff to achieve sales and clienteling objectives.
4. Effective boutique operations management, including attendance, merchandising, and housekeeping standards.

6. Capability to adjust priorities and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
7. Familiarity with operating necessary equipment such as POS systems, PCs, and cash registers.
