2. Enhance sales performance and minimize stock losses.
3. Develop and maintain a robust clientele base.
4. Oversee opening and closing procedures of the boutique.
5. Coach and schedule staff, ensuring adherence to merchandising and inventory protocols.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to achieve optimal results.

8. Participate in the preparation and presentation of merchandise displays.
9. Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, and product knowledge.
