1. Assist in the day-to-day management of the sales team and ensure exceptional customer service.
2. Enhance sales performance and monitor conversion rates.
3. Assign and monitor sales goals for Sales Associates.
4. Develop and maintain clientele relationships.
5. Participate in merchandise displays and presentations.
6. Train, coach, and lead sales associates in selling skills.
7. Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance and convey necessary information.
8. Coordinate sales promotion activities and optimize customer database development.
9. Oversee compliance with company policies and standards.
10. Manage product and stock, including transfers, damages, and inventory.
11. Ensure proper pricing and minimize stock losses.
12. Lock and secure the store, ensuring compliance with security procedures.

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail management.
