1. Assist the Boutique Director/Manager in managing the sales team and ensuring exceptional customer service in alignment with Christian Dior standards.
2. Enhance sales performance, reduce stock losses, and attract new clientele.
3. Open and close the boutique, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
4. Coach and schedule staff, oversee merchandising, and manage inventory.
5. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures to achieve optimal results.
6. Increase sales and monitor sales performance and conversion rates daily.
7. Inspire and provide outstanding service to customers.
8. Assign and monitor sales goals for Sales Associates.
9. Develop clientele and participate in merchandise displays and presentations.
10. Train, coach, and lead sales associates in selling skills.
11. Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, product knowledge, and merchandising.
12. Facilitate effective communication between management and associates.

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail management.
