1. Enhance sales performance and monitor daily conversion rates.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service and inspire the sales team to do the same.
3. Assist in setting and monitoring sales goals for associates.
4. Develop and maintain clientele relationships.
5. Participate in merchandise display and presentation, applying merchandising concepts.
6. Train, coach, and lead sales associates in selling skills.
7. Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, and product knowledge.

9. Coordinate sales promotion activities, including seasonal sales and trunk shows.
10. Train team on optimizing customer database capture and after-sales service.
