- Assist in the day-to-day management of the sales team, ensuring exceptional customer service in alignment with Christian Dior standards.
- Enhance sales performance by minimizing stock losses and attracting new clientele.
- Open and close the boutique, ensuring operational excellence.
- Coach, schedule, and develop sales associates, while managing merchandising and inventory processes.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures to achieve optimal results.
- Increase sales and monitor daily sales performance and conversion rates.
- Inspire and provide outstanding service to customers.
- Assign and monitor sales goals for Sales Associates.
- Develop and maintain clientele relationships.
- Participate in merchandise displays and presentations, applying merchandising concepts and guidelines.
- Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, and product knowledge.
- Facilitate effective communication between management and associates.
- Coordinate sales promotion activities, including seasonal sales and trunk shows.
- Train the team on optimizing Capture Rate and After Sale processes to develop personal customer databases.
- Manage product and stock, including transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor.
- Oversee compliance with company policies and standards, including security and record-keeping procedures.
- Lock and secure the store, ensuring compliance with all security procedures.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in management within a luxury product setting.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and fashion sensitivity consistent with the brand.
- Demonstrated initiative and commercial creativity.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Availability to work hours necessary to open and/or close the store.
- Ability to maintain presence on the selling floor for extended periods.
- Ability to develop and train associates, building relationships and utilizing skills effectively.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Effective management of sales staff to achieve sales and clienteling objectives.
- Proficient in managing boutique operations, including attendance, merchandising, and housekeeping standards.
- Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to listen attentively and provide instructions.
- Proficiency in operating equipment necessary for the job, including POS systems and office equipment.
At least 5 years of retail experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a managerial role within a luxury product environment.
