1. Enhance sales performance and monitor daily conversion rates.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service consistent with Christian Dior standards.
3. Assist in setting and tracking sales goals for Sales Associates.
4. Develop and maintain a robust clientele base.
5. Participate in merchandise display and presentation, applying merchandising concepts and guidelines.
6. Train, coach, and lead sales associates in selling techniques.
7. Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, and product knowledge.
8. Facilitate effective communication between management and associates.
9. Coordinate sales promotion activities, including seasonal sales and trunk shows.
10. Train team on optimizing Capture Rate and After Sale to develop personal customer databases.
11. Manage product and stock, including merchandise transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor.
12. Coordinate and participate in department inventories.
13. Ensure accurate pricing of merchandise and minimize stock losses.
14. Oversee compliance with company policies and standards, including security and record-keeping procedures.
15. Lock and secure the store, ensuring adherence to all security protocols.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
