1. Enhance sales performance and monitor daily sales metrics and conversion rates.
2. Deliver and inspire exceptional customer service.
3. Assist in setting and tracking sales targets for Sales Associates.
4. Develop and maintain clientele relationships.
5. Participate in merchandise display and presentation preparation, applying merchandising concepts and guidelines.
6. Train, coach, and lead sales associates in selling techniques.
7. Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, and product knowledge.
8. Facilitate effective communication between management and associates.
9. Coordinate sales promotion activities, including seasonal sales and trunk shows.
10. Train team on optimizing Capture Rate and After Sale to develop personal customer databases.
11. Manage product and stock, including transfers, damages, and RTVs.
12. Coordinate and participate in department inventories.
13. Monitor merchandise pricing and minimize stock losses.
14. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, including security and record-keeping procedures.
15. Oversee store opening and closing procedures.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a luxury retail environment.

3. Proficiency in sales performance analysis.
4. Expertise in customer service and clientele development.
5. Ability to train and develop sales associates.
6. Competence in merchandise presentation and stock management.
