1. Oversee compliance with company policies and standards, including safekeeping of funds and property, personnel practices, and security procedures.
2. Enhance sales performance and conversion rates while minimizing stock losses.
3. Assist in the development and monitoring of sales goals for associates.

3. Proficiency in managing sales staff to achieve sales and clienteling objectives.
4. Effective management of boutique operations, including attendance, merchandising, and housekeeping standards.
5. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Ability to operate all necessary equipment, including POS systems and office equipment.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail management.
