1. Oversee compliance with company policies and standards, including safekeeping of funds and property, personnel practices, and merchandise handling.
2. Enhance sales performance and conversion rates, while minimizing stock losses.

4. Manage boutique operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, merchandising, and inventory management.

7. Ensure adherence to security procedures and oversee the locking and securing of the store.

3. Strong understanding of luxury retail operations and clienteling practices.
