1. Assist in the daily management of the sales team to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
2. Enhance sales performance and conversion rates while minimizing stock losses.
3. Open and close the boutique, ensuring adherence to security protocols.
4. Coach and develop staff, manage scheduling, and oversee merchandising and inventory processes.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to achieve optimal results.
6. Facilitate communication between management and associates to maintain a cohesive work environment.
7. Participate in merchandise displays and presentations, applying merchandising concepts and guidelines.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
2. Proven track record in sales management and customer service excellence.

3. Proficiency in managing boutique operations, including merchandising and inventory control.
