- Maximize sales and evaluate sales performance and conversion rates daily.
- Inspire and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assign and monitor sales goals for Sales Associates.
- Develop clientele and manage customer relationships.
- Prepare merchandise displays and presentations using independent judgment and discretion.
- Train, coach, and develop sales associates in selling skills.
- Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, and product knowledge.
- Facilitate effective communication between management and associates.
- Coordinate sales promotion activities, including seasonal sales and trunk shows.
- Train the team on optimizing Capture Rate and After Sale to develop personal customer databases.
- Oversee merchandise transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor.
- Participate in department inventories and monitor merchandise pricing.
- Minimize stock losses and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Solve problems affecting the department’s service, efficiency, and productivity.
- Secure the store and oversee compliance with security procedures.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in management within a luxury product setting.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and fashion sensitivity consistent with the brand.
- Demonstrated initiative and commercial creativity.
- Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Availability to open and/or close the store as needed.
- Ability to maintain presence on the selling floor for extended periods.
- Ability to develop and train associates and build relationships.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Effective management of sales staff towards achieving sales and clienteling objectives.
- Proficiency in managing boutique operations, including attendance, merchandising, and housekeeping standards.
- Effective merchandising skills.
- Ability to maintain fair and consistent standards for the workforce.
- Time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Proficiency in operating necessary equipment, including POS systems and office equipment.
Minimum of 5 years in retail, with at least 1 year in a management role within a luxury product setting.
