1. Maximize sales and evaluate sales performance and conversion rates daily.
2. Inspire and provide exceptional customer service.
3. Assign and monitor sales goals for Sales Associates.
4. Develop clientele and manage customer relationships.
5. Prepare merchandise displays and presentations using independent judgment and discretion.
6. Train, coach, and develop sales associates in selling skills.
7. Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, and product knowledge.
8. Facilitate effective communication between management and associates.
9. Coordinate sales promotion activities, including seasonal sales and trunk shows.
10. Train the team on optimizing Capture Rate and After Sale to develop personal customer databases.
11. Oversee merchandise transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor.
12. Participate in department inventories and monitor merchandise pricing.
13. Minimize stock losses and ensure compliance with company policies.
14. Solve problems affecting the department’s service, efficiency, and productivity.
15. Secure the store and oversee compliance with security procedures.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in management within a luxury product setting.
2. Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and fashion sensitivity consistent with the brand.
3. Demonstrated initiative and commercial creativity.
4. Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Availability to open and/or close the store as needed.
6. Ability to maintain presence on the selling floor for extended periods.

4. Proficiency in managing boutique operations, including attendance, merchandising, and housekeeping standards.

9. Proficiency in operating necessary equipment, including POS systems and office equipment.
