1. Oversee all aspects of boutique operations to ensure objectives are met and profitability is maximized.
2. Lead the team to deliver exceptional client experiences and build strong client relationships.
3. Develop and implement strategic goals aligned with company vision.
4. Monitor and manage the boutique's P&L performance, minimizing losses and managing risks.
5. Drive sales through effective selling techniques and comprehensive product knowledge.
6. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure cohesive retail activities.
7. Manage and develop staff, providing feedback, coaching, and identifying training needs.
8. Ensure boutique operations adhere to company standards and procedures.

1. Diploma or university degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
2. Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, with at least 6 years in a managerial role.
