1. Oversee all aspects of boutique business to ensure objectives are met, including sales, profitability, and client satisfaction.
2. Lead and inspire the boutique team to maximize sales opportunities and deliver exceptional client experiences.
3. Monitor and manage the boutique's P&L performance, ensuring asset protection and risk management.
4. Develop and implement strategies to increase client flow and maximize recruitment opportunities.
5. Coordinate and participate in in-store and external events to enhance brand desirability.
6. Translate strategic business goals into individual objectives, providing regular performance assessments and feedback.
7. Manage daily boutique operations, ensuring compliance with Dior standards and procedures.
8. Collaborate with internal departments to align retail activities with corporate objectives.

1. Diploma or university degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in the luxury retail industry, with at least 6 years at a managerial level.
