Christian Dior Assistant Boutique Manager

- Support the Boutique Director with day-to-day management of the sales team and ensure exemplary customer service in line with Dior standards.
- Drive commercial performance by increasing sales, monitoring conversion rates, and measuring sales results on a daily basis.
- Coach, develop and evaluate Sales Associates; set, assign and monitor individual and team sales objectives.
- Lead client development and clienteling activities to grow the personal customer database and maximise capture and after‑sales metrics.
- Plan and execute merchandise presentation and visual displays within brand guidelines, exercising independent judgement on floor merchandising.
- Manage inventory activities including transfers, damages, returns-to-vendor (RTV), and participation in stock counts; ensure accurate pricing and minimise stock losses.
- Oversee store opening and closing procedures, enforce security and loss-prevention protocols, and safeguard company funds and property.
- Facilitate communication between management and staff, conduct regular store meetings, and address operational issues that affect service and productivity.
- Perform additional operational tasks and ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in retail, with demonstrated management responsibility in a luxury or premium environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing clientele in a high-end boutique setting.
- Demonstrable leadership skills with experience coaching, scheduling and developing sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of merchandising standards, inventory control and loss-prevention procedures.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Clienteling and VIP relationship management

Minimum five years of retail experience, including supervisory or assistant management responsibilities within a luxury or premium fashion environment. Proven sales leadership and client development experience is required.
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, fashion, retail management or a related field preferred.
