1. Maximize sales and monitor daily sales performance and conversion rates.
2. Provide exceptional customer service and inspire the sales team to do the same.
3. Assist in setting and monitoring sales goals for Sales Associates.
4. Develop and maintain a clientele database.
5. Participate in merchandise displays and presentations, applying merchandising concepts.
6. Train, coach, and supervise sales associates in selling skills.
7. Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance and convey necessary information.
8. Facilitate communication between management and associates.
9. Coordinate sales promotion activities including seasonal sales and trunk shows.
10. Train the team on optimizing Capture Rate and After Sale processes.
11. Oversee and participate in department inventories and monitor merchandise pricing.
12. Minimize stock losses and manage merchandise transfers, damages, and returns.
13. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
14. Lock and secure the store and oversee compliance with security procedures.

1. 7+ years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in management within a luxury setting.
2. Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and fashion sensitivity.
3. Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

1. Ability to develop and train associates and build relationships.
2. Outstanding customer service skills.
3. Effective supervision of sales staff to achieve sales objectives.
4. Proficiency in boutique operations including merchandising and housekeeping.
5. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
6. Proficiency in operating POS systems and other office equipment.

A minimum of 7 years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in a management role within a luxury product setting.
