- Maximize sales and monitor daily sales performance and conversion rates.
- Provide exceptional customer service and inspire the sales team to do the same.
- Assist in setting and monitoring sales goals for Sales Associates.
- Develop and maintain a clientele database.
- Participate in merchandise displays and presentations, applying merchandising concepts.
- Train, coach, and supervise sales associates in selling skills.
- Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance and convey necessary information.
- Facilitate communication between management and associates.
- Coordinate sales promotion activities including seasonal sales and trunk shows.
- Train the team on optimizing Capture Rate and After Sale processes.
- Oversee and participate in department inventories and monitor merchandise pricing.
- Minimize stock losses and manage merchandise transfers, damages, and returns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Lock and secure the store and oversee compliance with security procedures.
- 7+ years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in management within a luxury setting.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and fashion sensitivity.
- Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to develop and train associates and build relationships.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Effective supervision of sales staff to achieve sales objectives.
- Proficiency in boutique operations including merchandising and housekeeping.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in operating POS systems and other office equipment.
A minimum of 7 years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in a management role within a luxury product setting.
