3. Provide comprehensive business updates, including sales trends, forecasts, and competitor analysis, to senior management.
4. Coordinate store events in collaboration with the Marketing & PR Team, ensuring alignment with the brand's image and standards.
5. Lead and develop the boutique team with a focus on succession planning and employee engagement.
6. Support all aspects of boutique operations, including staff scheduling, time management, expense oversight, and reporting, to ensure operational efficiency.

1. Minimum of five years of relevant experience, including several years in a managerial role within retail.
