1. Assist the Boutique Director in managing day-to-day operations of the sales team.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service in alignment with Christian Dior standards.
3. Maximize sales and minimize stock losses while attracting new clientele.
4. Open and close the boutique, ensuring all security protocols are followed.
5. Coach, schedule, and manage sales associates, including conducting regular performance meetings.
6. Oversee merchandise displays and inventory management.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to achieve optimal results.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a management role within a luxury setting.
2. Demonstrated initiative and commercial creativity with a keen fashion sense.
3. Strong understanding of the luxury industry and brand consistency.
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

1. Proficient in developing and training associates and building effective relationships.
2. Outstanding customer service skills.
3. Ability to manage sales staff towards achieving sales and clienteling objectives.
4. Effective boutique operations management, including merchandising and housekeeping standards.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to operate necessary equipment including POS systems and office equipment.

A minimum of 5 years in retail, preferably with management experience in a luxury product environment.
