1. Assist the Boutique Director in managing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.
2. Enhance sales performance and conversion rates, while minimizing stock losses.
3. Develop and implement strategies for clientele development and retention.
4. Supervise the opening and closing procedures of the boutique.
5. Train, coach, and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer engagement.

7. Coordinate and participate in merchandise displays and inventory management.
8. Facilitate effective communication between management and sales associates.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail management.
