- Maximize sales and monitor daily sales performance and conversion rates.
- Provide exemplary customer service and inspire the sales team to do the same.
- Assist in setting and monitoring sales goals for Sales Associates.
- Oversee clientele development initiatives.
- Participate in merchandise display and presentation, applying merchandising concepts and guidelines.
- Train, coach, and supervise sales associates in selling skills.
- Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, and product knowledge.
- Facilitate communication between management and associates.
- Coordinate sales promotion activities, including seasonal sales and trunk shows.
- Train the team on optimizing Capture Rate and After Sale to develop personal customer databases.
- Manage product and stock, including transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor.
- Oversee department inventories and ensure proper pricing of merchandise.
- Minimize stock losses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, including security and record-keeping procedures.
- Resolve issues affecting department service, efficiency, and productivity.
- Secure the store and oversee compliance with security procedures.
- 7+ years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in management within a luxury product setting.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and fashion sensitivity consistent with the brand.
- Demonstrated initiative and commercial creativity.
- Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Availability to open and close the store as needed.
- Capability to maintain presence on the selling floor for extended periods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organizational and follow-through abilities.
- Ability to develop and train associates and build relationships.
- Effective supervision of sales staff to achieve sales and clienteling objectives.
- Proficiency in overseeing boutique operations, including attendance, merchandising, and housekeeping standards.
- Ability to adjust priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Proficiency in operating necessary equipment, including POS systems and office equipment.
A minimum of 7 years in retail, with at least 3 years in a management role within a luxury setting.
