- Ensure the shop floor is impeccably prepared before opening and throughout the day, including music, displays, and staff presence.
- Monitor staff zoning and breaks, providing real-time feedback as necessary.
- Deliver an exceptional client service experience by greeting clients and identifying their needs, ensuring seamless handover to appropriate staff.
- Manage client flow and monitor staff allocation at the store entrance.
- Facilitate the client journey by reducing waiting times and ensuring comfort through refreshments and efficient payment processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all staff on the floor, maintaining availability and approachability.
- Communicate pertinent information to the management team and welcome internal and external visitors.
- Oversee store security, including locking and securing the premises, and ensure compliance with all security procedures.
- Achieve customer experience and Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals as determined by Retail Performance annually.
- 5-10+ years of retail experience, with at least 2-3 years in a management role within a luxury product setting.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and fashion sensitivity aligned with the brand's standards.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Availability to work necessary hours for store opening and closing.
- Ability to maintain a presence on the selling floor for extended periods.
- Outstanding client experience delivery.
- Effective staff management towards achieving clienteling objectives.
- Proficient boutique operations management.
- Effective merchandising skills.
- Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear, concise communication and attentive listening skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and follow-through skills.
A minimum of 5 years in retail, with significant experience in luxury management roles.
