1. Assist in managing internal and external artwork movements, including handling requests from studios, haute couture salons, and celebrities for various events.
2. Participate in organizing logistics and administration for exhibitions and institutional loans, both on-site and off-site.
3. Contribute to the management of artwork loans for photo shoots, including preparing lists, condition reports, and appropriate packaging for transportation.
4. Support the operational chain for collection entries, including textiles and accessories, and assist in condition reporting and artwork management for conservation campaigns.
5. Aid in the preparation and execution of exhibitions, including planning, setup, and dismantling at La Galerie Dior.
6. Maintain and update the SkinSoft database with artwork movements, locations, and integrate condition reports and restoration documentation.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Artworks Management and/or Preventive Conservation or a related field.
2. Previous experience with textile collections is advantageous.

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
9. Familiarity with database management software.

Master's degree in Artworks Management and/or Preventive Conservation or related field.
